Photosensitivity and Seizure Warning
Are You A Pilot? contains fast movement, neon lights, glowing effects, particle effects, contrasting colors, and gameplay that may include flashes or rapid visual changes. A small number of people may experience seizures, blackouts, dizziness, nausea, eye strain, migraine, disorientation, or other symptoms when exposed to flashing lights or certain visual patterns, including while playing video games.
Stop Playing Immediately
Stop playing immediately and consult a medical professional before resuming play if you experience symptoms such as dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, loss of awareness, confusion, involuntary movement, headache, nausea, or a seizure.
Reduce Visual Intensity
If bright effects, flashes, or motion bother you, open the in-game pause/settings menu and turn off or reduce available effects. Current settings include toggles for sound effects and emission/glow-style visual effects. You can also lower screen brightness, increase room lighting, sit farther from the screen, use a smaller display window, and take regular breaks.
Play Safely
- Play in a well-lit room.
- Avoid playing when tired, sleep deprived, or unwell.
- Take breaks regularly, especially during long sessions.
- Stop if the game causes discomfort, visual strain, dizziness, or nausea.
- Ask a doctor before playing if you have a history of seizures, epilepsy, photosensitivity, migraines, or similar medical concerns.
